Two types of transactions

No single source covers the transaction market. We therefore distinguish between title deed transactions and corporate transactions — and collect both.

Title deed transactions

Delivered daily from Lantmäteriet and driven by the land registration authority, which keeps the property register updated with title deeds, purchases, gifts and other changes of ownership. This gives a complete, officially confirmed picture of asset deals — but does not capture deals where the property changes hands via a company.

Corporate transactions

Most larger deals are structured as share deals and therefore never appear in the property register. We collect these from press releases, news, contacts, clients and our own research, and verify them manually — to give as complete a picture of the transaction market as possible.

We combine automated data collection with manual quality assurance. This provides the market's most complete overview of corporate property transactions.

We continuously scan the internet for articles and press releases about property transactions. This process is automated and in real time.

Manual Quality Assurance

If a transaction lacks a property designation, buyer, seller, or advisor, we perform a manual review to complete the missing information.

Steg 3

Continuous Supplementation

If we know which advisor participated, we contact them directly. This enriches the transaction with additional details. The database continuously improves in both volume and quality.
