What truly matters?
Never miss what determines the deal. Signals monitors the Property Graph for you – geographically, by company, and by detailed development plan – and notifies you before the market reacts. Everything else is excluded.
Analysis before notification
Signals are filtered against the graph before being sent
Most monitoring services send everything and let you sort. Signals does the opposite: analysis occurs in the graph first, and only changes that alter an assessment are delivered.
Self-defined thresholds
Purchase price above a certain level, detailed development plans exceeding a specific area, ownership changes only for majority shifts. You decide what is important to you.
Noise is filtered out at the source
Administrative registry changes, duplicates, and pure name changes never reach you. What passes through are changes with actual business implications.
Context, not just alerts
Each signal comes with context from the Property Graph — who the buyer is, what they already own, and what is in the detailed development plan pipeline nearby.
Three types of signals
Monitor an area, a company, or a detailed development plan
Geographic signals
Draw an area — a municipality, a district, a block — and be informed when something happens within it. Ownership changes, new detailed development plans, construction projects, and transactions in your specific market.
Company signals
Monitor companies and groups. Ownership changes, board changes, new holdings, divestments, and changed key figures — throughout the ownership chain.
Detailed development plan signals
New detailed development plans, planning notifications, land allocations, and building permits. You see the development rights taking shape in the municipality's system, not when they appear in the press.
