Terms of Use

These terms apply between Nordic Kliva AB ("Kliva") and you as a visitor or user. For paid services, the separate Service Agreement between Kliva and the customer's organization also applies.

You may use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.

The platform, the Kliva trademark, and all content are protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you beyond a limited right to use the service.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

The service is provided "as is." Kliva is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond what is stipulated by mandatory law or a separate agreement.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email well in advance of their effective date.

Swedish law applies. Disputes will be resolved by the Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection dictates otherwise.
